Here's what I've come to understand. Nothing is permanent. EVERYTHING is temporary. Appreciate the struggles. The adversity we come upon is what challenges our understanding of who we are. We grow out of the darkness and share our acquired wisdom with others in the light. Be present and mindful during this time. Relish the bliss of life. It's the sweetness that gives us a reason to continue playing. Smile often and share your gifts with others. Connection and collaboration are the reasons humanity has survived and evolved. The notion that it is because of survival of the fittest is really ridic!!
I have been a practicing massage therapist in New York State for over 17 years. I’m an exercise physiologist certified as a strength and conditioning coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In 2017, I completed my health coaching certification through Integrative Nutrition, and studied plant-based nutrition through eCornell. I’m a certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor and will be working towards completed my 500 hours in October 2019. I believe in taking a holistic approach to healing and offer many services to clients.
I live in Rochester, NY. When I'm not with clients as a health coach, massage therapist, strength and conditioning coach, I'm exploring and documenting experiences with my camera. I love travel, adventure and hearing people's stories. I'm a huge supporter of community-supported agriculture (CSA shares).
