Gia is an exercise physiologist who is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She is a Registered Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Gia has the knowledge and experience to develop the perfect routine to meet your fitness goals.
What's the best exercise for you???
The one you love doing!! You do not have to train like a professional athlete in order to see the results. I will meet you where you are and work off of your existing fitness foundation.
In June of 2019, I will be attempting to summit Mount Rainier (altitude 14441). Follow my training, nutrition, travel and preparation on instagram, theintermediateadventure.
I will be documenting my experience as well as posting stories from past climbers. Thus, preparing me for the most challenging physical, emotional, and mental event of my life.
