This group is designed for individuals who want to feel more at ease, confident, and authentic in social and interpersonal situations without forcing exposure or pushing past their nervous system’s limits.

Rather than focusing solely on coping strategies, this group addresses the underlying emotional and physiological patterns that maintain social anxiety.

This is a process-oriented group, meaning growth happens through guided interaction, reflection, and shared experience, not performance or pressure.
