Coaching
Let’s Work Together
Coaching for deeper self-understanding and meaningful change
You may know something needs to shift, but still find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, boundaries, or self-trust. Coaching offers a space to better understand what is shaping your experience and to create intentional, lasting change.
I work with clients across the United States and internationally.
Support for the patterns that shape your relationships, choices, and sense of self
Coaching offers a focused, forward-moving space for people who want support in creating meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
You may be highly self-aware and still feel stuck in the same emotional patterns. You may understand what is not working, but have difficulty changing how you show up in dating, relationships, boundaries, communication, or self-trust. Coaching can help you bridge that gap between insight and action.
My coaching work is designed for people who want to deepen self-understanding, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a more aligned way of living.
Who coaching is for:
Coaching may be a good fit for you if you are:
Feeling stuck in repetitive relationship patterns
Struggling with anxiety or self-doubt in dating or connection
Learning how to trust yourself after heartbreak, divorce, or disappointment
Wanting to build healthier boundaries
Working to stop people-pleasing and relate more authentically
Seeking support with communication, confidence, and emotional clarity
Ready to make intentional changes in how you show up in your life and relationships
This work is for people who want more than advice. It is for people who want a deeper understanding of themselves and practical support creating change.
What coaching can help with
Through coaching, we can work on:
Identifying the emotional and relational patterns that keep repeating
Increasing self-awareness in dating and relationships
Building confidence in communication and boundaries
Strengthening decision-making and self-trust
Navigating life transitions such as divorce, re-entering dating, or identity shifts
Moving from insight into intentional action
Creating healthier, more aligned relationship dynamics
My approach
My approach to coaching is thoughtful, relational, and insight-oriented.
I help you look beneath the surface of what is happening so you can better understand the patterns shaping your emotions, choices, and relationships. From there, we focus on how to create change in a practical, grounded way.
This is not about becoming someone else. It is about understanding yourself more clearly so you can make choices that are more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.
My work is especially well-suited for people who are reflective, growth-oriented, and ready to engage in deeper change.
How sessions work
Coaching sessions are offered virtually and are designed to provide both insight and practical support.
In our work together, you can expect space to:
Explore what keeps getting in the way
Understand your emotional and relational patterns
Clarify what you want
Build new ways of responding
Create movement toward meaningful change
Coaching vs. therapy
While my coaching work is informed by my background as a therapist, coaching is not therapy.
Coaching is best suited for people looking for support with personal growth, relationship patterns, dating, communication, life direction, and behavior change. It is future-oriented and action-focused.
Therapy is a clinical service intended to address mental health concerns, emotional distress, trauma, diagnosis, and psychological healing.
If you are looking for support with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or other mental health concerns, therapy may be the more appropriate fit. If needed, we can clarify which service best supports your goals.
